At The Claridges, New Delhi, luxury is experienced through detail, balance, and craftsmanship. For this iconic heritage hotel, Venetian Design was commissioned to create a statement installation that seamlessly blends classic elegance with contemporary glamour.
The Design Concept
The vision was to elevate the grandeur of the lobby without overpowering its timeless architecture. Mirrors were used not merely as decorative elements, but as architectural tools—enhancing light, symmetry, and spatial drama.
What We Created
Mirrored Ceiling Feature
A bespoke mirrored ceiling installation was designed to crown the lobby, amplifying the brilliance of the chandelier below. Precision-cut mirror panels reflect light beautifully, adding depth and a sense of vertical luxury to the space.
Mirrored Centre Table
Placed directly beneath the ceiling feature, a custom-designed mirrored centre table anchors the space. The reflective surfaces echo the ceiling above, creating a strong visual axis and a striking focal point for floral arrangements and décor styling.
Venetian Mirrors
Select Venetian mirrors were installed across key areas, introducing handcrafted detailing and old-world charm. Each piece complements the hotel’s classical language while adding subtle sparkle and refinement.
